
Refunds and Returns
Barn Designs are unable to accept any returns due to change of mind, specifically on commissions, but also on any other item purchased.
We may be able to consider an exchange, at our discretion if a request is made within 7 days of the buyer receiving the item, and so long as the item is received back within 14 days, of that agreement, in the same condition and packaging as it was sent, ensuring its in a resaleable condition.
Delivery and Tracking
Where possible Barn Designs uses tracking postage, and we will endeavour to communicate tracking information where requested.

Delivery times are dependent upon the product as each one is made to order, and each takes a different amount of time to make. We will keep you updated as much as possible. with delivery dates. If you have a concern, use the contact us page to send us an email.

All intellectual property of Barn Designs including any trademarks, trade names, patents, registered designs and any other automatic intellectual property rights derived from the aesthetics or functionality of the Website remain the property of Barn Designs. By using the Website you agree to respect our intellectual property rights and will refrain from copying, downloading, transmitting, reproducing, printing, or exploiting for commercial purpose any material contained within the Website.
Commissions
The artists and crafters accept commissions, which will be discussed prior to agreement.
Please note that Redvers Creative works with fibre and stitch meaning that pieces are organic, and the process benefits from a minimum input from the buyer. 50% of the cost is required prior to commencing any commissions, this is a non-refundable deposit. Please visit our contact page for initial conversations.
Damage in Transit
If you had a parcel damaged in transit, where possible please refuse the package as this will then be returned to Barn Designs. Please get in touch with us and update what happened so we can then track the package. If the package was delivered to you without you being present, please get in touch to discuss next steps.
Cancellations
If you cancel prior to the order being fulfilled (not including commissioned items) we are able to accept the cancellation, and will arrange a full refund. If the order has been fulfilled please refer to our refund policy.
Postage and Packaging
If not identified otherwise, all posting and packaging costs have been included in the final price. If stated an additional cost is required, this will be clarified during purchasing.
